Having a concrete driveway is a nice feature for a home.  It makes a house look better as well as creating a cleaner property. Concrete driveway pavers are a great look for a residence but a little more expensive.  So if your old driveway needs to be removed and replaced with a new concrete driveway, we are the people to call.

Concrete Driveway Installation

We can come out and inspect your driveway, remove the old asphalt driveway, grade out the driveway for proper drainage, and do a concrete driveway installation.   Considering drainage and using lasers to set the proper grade is very important and time consuming.  Make sure that your concrete contractor is qualified to do drainage as well.

We service Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Mount Juliet, Hendersonville, Murfreesboro and neighboring cities in Tennessee.

Concrete Driveway Cost

Concrete driveway costs vary from job to job.  Some jobs require more work than others and will reflect that in cost.  Paver driveways are more expensive than concrete driveways, so if you are on a budget and you need a solution for your drive, concrete could be your answer.

Decorative Concrete versus Stamped Concrete

We can make decorative concrete driveways as well.  We usually don’t recommend stamped concrete because concrete pavers can give a better product for a few dollars more.

Exposed Aggregate Driveway and Installation

Exposed aggregate driveways are a good way to get an appealing driveway.  Exposed aggregate driveways can come in a tan color or grey.  The installation of the driveway is similar to regular concrete but at the end of the concrete pour, a retarder is sprayed onto the concrete and then covered.  That  leaves  the top 1/8” of mortar in the concrete not totally harden.  The next day, we will come back with a pressure washer and clean that top layer of mortar off which will leave the rock in the concrete showing.

We Recommend Using a Concrete Sealer

We typically recommend using a concrete sealer on the driveway to keep water from penetrating the driveway after it’s installed.  Concrete driveway sealing is a great way to protect your new investment and enhance the look of you new or existing driveway.
